1. Nature of the service
nacionalidade.help is a public-information tool that organises dates published by Portuguese registry offices and compares them with a submitted date. Browsing the published dates is free.
2. Independent project
This project does not represent the IRN, a registry office or the Portuguese Public Administration. Information from official services is presented according to the purpose and authorization of the relevant integration.
3. No decision or deadline
Published dates describe a queue. They are not a decision, legal advice, guarantee or deadline for a specific application.
4. Information from third parties
We make a reasonable effort to keep the data accurate, but it depends on publications from registry offices and may contain gaps or corrections.
5. Acceptable use
Do not collect the site in bulk without permission or use it for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms the service.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply.
